Postdoctoral positions available

We are now recruiting for two postdoctoral fellows in Theme 1. The positions will be based at the Centre for Advanced Imaging at The University of Queensland and a period of internship with an Industry partner may be possible.

Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Antibody Therapeutic

The successful applicant will work with CAI Academics and Industry Partners to develop a research program in antibody therapeutics, including the development of radio- and chemotherapeutic products. They will be expected to participate in publication of scholarly papers, attend conferences, and assist with applications for research funding.
Applicants should possess a PhD in the area of chemistry, biomedical engineering or an equivalent combination of relevant experiences, training or education. Applicants should have expertise in antibody generation/engineering, and their use in nanomedicine.

Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Precision Medicine in Cancer

The successful applicant will work with CAI Academics and Industry Partners to develop a research program in Diagnostics, Therapeutics and Theranostics for Precision Medicine in Cancer Theme as part of the CIBIT focus on development of smart probes. They will be expected to participate in publication of scholarly papers, attend conferences, and assist with applications for research funding.

Applicants should possess a PhD in the area of chemistry, bioengineering, radiochemistry, radiobiology or an equivalent combination of relevant experiences, training or education.
