Congratulations to CIBIT Chief Investigators Professor Markus Barth and Dr Steffen Bollmann and CIBIT Partner Investigator Dr Kieran O'Brien, Siemens Healthineers, who received Awards for Excellence at The University of Queensland's Research and Innovation Week.

Markus and Steffen were recognised for Excellence in Industry Engagement in Graduate Research and Kieran was recognised for his Excellence in Higher Degree Research Training as an industry advisor. See the UQ website for more information and to watch videos featuring CIBIT HDR students Ashley Stewart and Hamed Moradi.

Steffen and Ashley were also recognised with a Research Culture Award- Conduct of Research, Reproducibility and Open Research Practices for their work creating NeuroDesk, a collaborative, open-source platform for transparent neuroimaging data analysis.
