CIBIT CI and Theme Leader for Diagnostics, therapeutics and theranostics for Precision Medicine in cancer, Professor Kris Thurecht, will lead the ARC Research Hub for Advanced Manufacture of Targeted Radiopharmaceuticals. The Hub, based at The University of Queensland's Centre for Advanced Imaging and Australian Institute for Bioengineering and Nanotechnology, will partner with the University of Sydney major national and international pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to bring significant onshore capability to manufacture next generation medical devices and technologies.
